Reject lengthy legislation by default

The 2022 Omnibus spending bill is over 4,000 pages long. It is obviously a tactic of hiding corruption via overwhelming. Rejection should be the default position in this case. You cannot vote on something you do not understand, that is dereliction of duty.

The bill includes a change to the constitutional right of the Vice-president to count the electoral votes. It changes it to be only symbolic. This removes a protection which should have been used in the 2020 election by Mike Pence. The number of irregularities were more than enough to justify him rejecting the election. Now they want to make sure the opportunity is never there for it to happen in the future.
